And he who was seated on the throne said, „Behold I am making all things new”.

When we were born, we were pure and white, clean and innocent. But later other people mercilessly stepped into our small, sensitive heart and inflicted heavy wounds on us. And we ourselves played with sin and dirt and inflicted even more wounds on ourselves. The innocence, the purity, the whiteness is gone. What has remained is the dirt, the guilt, the injuries and the pain.
And there Jesus comes and says to you: “Come, give me your heart! I make everything new. – He wants to give you a pure, innocent, clean heart, a sensitive, healthy heart, for all this dirt, guilt and impurity.
A few weeks ago I found an old balloon in the bedroom behind the closet. Of course there was no more air in it, and it was totally dusty. It used to be white, but now it’s grey and black. Almost disgusting to touch such a thing. But we held it under the tap and tried to blow it up. And then we saw that someone had painted a face on the balloon, a smiley that smiles.
When we found the old thing, it looked so ugly, dirty and broken. And now, after washing and blowing it up, it looked really good.
This is how Jesus wants to do it with our lives: Purify and fill with His Spirit, the living breath. And then you can see the smile again!
Wonderful, isn’t it? – He has the power to do it.
Please, if you are such an empty, filthy, useless balloon, come to Jesus. Ask Him to make everything new. If your life has no meaning anymore, if everything is broken, if others played with your feelings and hurt you badly, if sin has you under control and enslaves you, if you yourself have loaded a lot of guilt on yourself, then come! Ask Him to make your heart new and do not let go until He has taken up residence in your heart. He loves you deeply!

Jesus, my life is meaningless, wasted, filthy. Please, come into my heart and make me new again! Clean me and heal me! I need ​Y​ou, Lord!
