Sing joyfully to the Lord, you righteous;
it is fitting for the upright to praise Him.
Praise the Lord with the harp;
make music to Him on the tenstringed lyre.
Sing to Him a new song,
play skillfully, and shout for joy.
Psalms 33:1-3

And why should we praise the Lord for joy? The answer is given in the Psalm verses immediately thereafter. He is our wonderful Lord who takes care of us and does not let us out of sight. The earth is full of His unfailing love; there are so many things what He is doing for us. You have every reason to praise Him.
You are really poor if you have no reason to so. I am not well at the moment what however does not hinder me to thank Him for thousand reasons. For when I am weak, can do almost nothing, then He can intervene and make me strong. Truly wonderful, it is like swimming in Gods love stream. He makes the impossible possible.
<span class="gmail_default">​I​</span>t is not always sunshine which would seduce us to live without Him, our Savior and Redeemer. In Psalm 34:17 it is said: The righteous  person may have many troubles, but the Lord delivers him from them all. How God can set free when one is not willing to suffer because of injustice?
The greater the need, the greater the salvation. The stronger the enemies the greater the victory of our Lord, the greater my praise and thanks. Gods Spirit accomplishes this. Thanks and praising bring me nearer to Him. Yes His presence is then tangible. That is really marvellous! May the thanks be rather contrived and insecure in the beginning, but if we stay tune, keep praying then on and on the thanks will be real and warm. For muffles like me it takes long time to grasp that.
Once again, in greatest need the power of the Lord shows up the more and with it my thanks get more intensive. The presence of the Lord gets stronger the more I praise Him. And now the overwhelming moment comes when I melt away in His presence, need no more , am filled with peace, have everything. Words are not enough to describe this state of happiness. I am only amazed and rest in this heavenly quietness. How glorious! Such moments never should end!

Thank You, Jesus, You are so wonderful! It is everything for me to live with You! I am overly happy when You flow through me with your love and fill me abundantly. Lord, You are a wonderful, mighty and lovingly Master!
