All my Days – 2016.07.30

My times are in Your hands.
Psalm 31, 16
The various translations type this word differently. It is apparently difficult to find the right word, the priorities are somewhat different. But overall you can say: My life, my destiny, my fate, every day, and portions of my life, everything that life brings, my future and the past, and my now, everything is in the mighty hand of God. (see.www.bibleserver.com )
It is not chance that decides, and it is not the evil- the one who plays his games with us. It is our good, powerful God who determines our lives.
Even the time before the birth had He in His hand. The childhood that time as a teenager, as an adult and as old age, time of birth and death, everything is Him.
Not only the time and the place determined God. I was born in Germany, another in Russia, China, India, Japan or the United States. Everyone in the place and at the time that God wanted.
This knowledge can give us great confidence. For what is more beautiful than the knowledge: God’s hand is over my life. He determined even the time of my death.
Although it often with great dissatisfaction and a struggle with the "destiny", we can find in this verse consolation: He determined this terrible time and He determined that they must come to an end.
There is no "stubborn” unchangeable fate, not everything that hits us is pre-determined. God knows the beginning and the end. He now knows how we decide tomorrow and can take account of it in His plans. We ourselves determine our lives and have a responsibility!
It is hand in hand, God and I, we make my life together. Nothing is irreversible! I myself measure my days and my life, but it’s best if I do it together with my good God. Yes, I give Him all the times of my life, even retrospectively. So I get peace from my fate and the bad times. He is the Lord, He shall be my Lord!
Thank You Heavenly Father, my fate is entirely in Your hands. Give me wisdom to deal well with my days! Help me to walk on Your hand! Take me completely, because in Your hands I am safe. Please be my Lord and God!
