Blessing or Curse: Fruitfulness  –  2020.07.22

The fruit of your womb will be blessed,
and the crops of your land
and the young of your livestock:
the calves of your herds and the lambs of your flocks.
Deuteronomy 28:4

Fruitfulness is a blessing of God. Right at the beginning of the bible God said to man: Be fruitful, fill the earth and subdue it. Fruitfulness does not refer only to ones own children but also to your work, to your land, people, to every area in your life.Everything should bear good fruits!
God is a God of abundance. Everything is available in excess, there is more than enough. When I look at nature I am overwhelmed by the the fullness of creation, by God
s overflow. Everything is there in surplus,in great fertility and well ordered.
Yes, that is Gods nature. He wants fruitfulness! Blessed children, blessed work. Everything should flourish, delight, be valuable, useful, initiate positve things.
With God
s blessing there is always success in our work. With His blessing we will not overlook anything, will overcome any obstacles, will bring everything to a good end. God wants to bless us! He wants us to be His workers in His kingdom totally dependent on Him. In this way we fulfill our full resposibility as Christians.
Everything which does not reflect the fruitfulness, the overflow is not coming from God. Of course there are times of challenges, of defeats, no children, health problems, no money,  always failures at work. But this is not God`will at the end!
Do not give up, ask God why! Do we live in sin? Are there bondages, give we the enemy the right to torment us? Do we even appreciate poverty at the end? Do not give up, look for a person of trust who can uncover all your problems. Never be satisfied with your lack. God promised you richness!

Thank You, Jesus, with You the blessing came. Sin that separates us from Your abundance has been overcome, the curse is broken. You released us from all chains of depravity. You heal. You are our Redeemer, our Savior and Prince of Peace.
