Yet you brought me out of the womb;
you made me trust in you, even at my
mother’s breast.
From birth I was cast on you;
Yet from my mother’s womb you have
been my God.

This psalm is a vision of Jesus’ death on the cross. Much is already described in detail here, almost 1000 years before the crucifixion. And the verse above first of all refers to Jesus. But we can also claim it for ourselves!
When I hear the biographies of many Christians, I realize that many people think that God already had His fingers in the pie at birth. He wanted them and created them, formed them and made them. He watched over them and intervened when necessary. It may be the same with non-Christians, but they would not thank God for it, but stupid coincidence. Unfortunately, they cannot see these connections.
I know of myself that God chose me before birth to be His child. He held His hand over me during pregnancy so that nothing bad would happen to me. He brought help and I saw the light of the world. I was the 5th wheel on the wagon in the family, but HE made up for everything because He said Yes to me. Already as a child in the midst of our clan, which knew nothing of Jesus, He gave me the firm knowledge: God is there. And at a young age I found Him. He took me through the chaotic time of puberty and let me feel His love. My ways to this day are marked by the love of a heavenly Father.
Many Christians can say as follows, or similar: He created me, He wanted me. He has held His strong hand over me to this day. He has guided me on His ways, sometimes with severity, sometimes with patience, but always purposefully towards Jesus. He never gave up on me. He has never forgotten me.
For all this there are many examples and events where I noticed: He is there, He loves me.
How good this knowledge is: He is there, He accepts me, He leads me the right way, even in the mist.
That is why I thank my God with all my heart! That is why I trust Him more and more! That is why I am looking forward to Him!!

Thank You Jesus, You are my God who never forgets me. I am worth a lot to You. You take care of every little thing in my life and will also help me through this day. Thank You, You are here!!
