His Holy Name – 2015.03.10

This is what I will do in the last days, God says …. Before the great and glorious Day of the Lord comes. And then, whoever calls out to the Lord for help will be saved.
Acts 2:17.21
When Jesus comes back, it will be a glorious day! He will call the children of God from all nations and tribes, no one will be forgotten. There will be a big reunion with our King of Kings; our longing for Him will finally get satisfied and He will wipe away every tear, comfort and heal us. We do not need to make an effort to come to Him, for He will pick us up. We also do not need to fear that we would miss His arrival, for He calls us. His sign will appear in the sky and everyone can see it. And who calls Him, shall be saved.
In the Bible, Jesus is often seen as the Bridegroom and the Church of Jesus as the beloved bride. Jesus longs for His beloved! He will not leave her to the enemy, but rush and save His bride. He will not leave the Earth to destruction, but put up a sign of salvation, so that everyone who turns to Him will find a way out and salvation. Jesus has not only not only the big picture in view, but every little believer, every child of God is still important to Him, otherwise He would miss something. We will not be afraid, but expect Him. We want to stand ready, purify ourselves and do our work here for Him, for His glory.
The stronger the chaos here on earth, the injustice and oppression, hunger, disease and war, the more He will pour out His Holy Spirit. And the Spirit will glorify and testify Jesus. His power is always stronger! We want to go through the day with Him, go towards the great and glorious day of the Lord. Very long, it can not last …

Thank you, Jesus, that You’re coming! You’ll satisfy my longing and bring me fulfillment. You come as my Savior and Redeemer. You have a desire for me and look at me full of love. And I long for You, my Savior. Yes, come back soon!
