Jesus says: This is how you should pray:
Our Father in Heaven,
hallowed be Your Name,
Your Kingdom come,
Your Will be done as in Heaven and on earth.
Matthew 6: 9-10
The Will of God is good for He is always righteous! In Him there is nothing bad nor vindictive. He loves to forgive our failures when we pray for that. He does not get angry when we do mistakes. To the contrary He is pleased when we confess our faults and ask for forgiveness. He then helps us to put things right again. He is our Father who loves us. Not at all He is the ungracious and impatient judge as many believe when they think about God. He is love through and through not revenge! He wants to give us the best and his plans for us are wonderful. Yes, only the best for His children! He is sad that there is so much misery on earth: Injustice, greed, lust for power, pride, lying and cheating… . it is bad with us! And that all only because man has gambled the creation to the enemy. Gods plan in the Garden of Eden, in the paradise was glorious. But man did it wrong!
Now Jesus came, the Son of God, as true Light and true Man. Only He was able to reconcile the creation with God and He did it. He paid a high price - His life! Now justified in Jesus we may pray that His Will is done. He expects our prayers so that He can come into action.
Now Jesus and also His 12 deciples and all the other followers could heal the sick, to free the captives, to overcome natural forces, to eliminate social needs. The Will of God can now finally be done. Jesus had prepared the way for that!
One can only guess how powerful a prayer is: You release the Will of God! If we only would trust Him more, many signs of Gods power and love could happen. He is ready and we?
In Heaven Gods Will is done. It is done what He commands. All angels are ready to obey. In Heaven there are already heavenly conditions now!
Only our intercession and prayers can break the power of the enemy on earth. But only Jesus, when He comes back, will definitively defeat the enemy. Now we can do the best to build His Kingdom in His name but it only will be completed when He returns.
Oh Jesus, please come soon! Then Gods Will is done here on earth as it is done already now in Heaven. Then there will finally be peace here, justice and recoicings. There is no lie, no fraud anymore. Everybody helps one another, wants the best for the neighbor. It will be marvellous!
Thank you, Jesus, You will come soon! You will make an end to the injuctice and lovelessness. You will finally defeat the enemy. I want to serve You and pray that Your Will is done here. I want to fight for Your Kingdom. Thank You, You hear my prayer!
