I will sing of the Lords great love forever,
</strong></em><em><strong>with my mouth I will make Your faithfulness
</strong></em><em><strong>known through all generations.

</strong></em><em>When </em>I look back this year I see heavy things and much good. I will praise the Lord and sing of His faithfulness when I think about the heavy things. I will will praise Him and sing of His kindness when I think about the good things. For He was there every day. He carried me through, Halleluja!
In His grace it is my decision:<em><strong> I will sing... </strong>I</em> could be angry as well whenever I fail, could complain about illness and aches, I could weep about unused occasions... .  But I do not want that! <em><strong>I will sing of the Lords great love forever!
I then feel how my heart gets joyful and easy. No doubt He is my Lord who rules wonderfully over everything. I am in His hands. My whole life is entrusted Him. He is my everything now and forever! Yes, I am the most happiest person having such a good Lord.
Looking towards the New Year I could be a bit scary. What will happen, what will it bring in the field of politics and economy. What about my health, what about the well-being of my children, what about my finances, my job? All that could make me nervous if I allow it. But I will not allow that! Instead: I will sing of the Lord`s great love forever! His grace does not rule only today but also tomorrow. He never changes. In Jesus He is there for me forever. He loves me and holds me tight in His strong hands. Yes, I need not to worry, to fear anything. He is there yesterday, today and tomorrow!
Let us praise Him with some more verses of this wonderful Psalm 89:
2 –   I will declare that Your love stands firm forever,
that You have established Your faithfulness in heaven itself.
5 –   The heavens praise Your wonders, Lord
Your faithfulness too, in the assembly of the holy ones.
6 –    For who in the skies  can compare with the Lord?
8 –   Who is like You, Lord God Almighty?
You, Lord, are mighty,  and Your faithfulness sorrounds You.
13 – Your arm is endowed with power;
Your Hand is strong, Your right hand exalted.
14 – Righteousness and justice are the foundation of Your throne.
Love and faithfulness go before You.
15 – Blessed are those who have learned to acclaim You
who walk in the light of your presence, Lord.
Thank You, Jesus, that You are present! You hold me tight in Your strong hand. Thank You for forgiving my sins during the passed year. With You I can start a New Year 2017 like a new borne child. How wonderful that I am surrounded by Your faithfulness and grace.
