Jesus says:
Did you not know that I must be about my Father’s business?
Luke 2, 49
Jesus is there, where his father is. The temple of God is His church. He is realized there, He lives there, where He feels at home!
Our meetings and services are full of imperfect people. But God wants it that way. One is designed to complement the other, so that all together are the image of God, just like He did at Creation. There is no genius, no one can be used alone, each depends on the others. Everyone should bring his gifts, so that all will be served and everyone returns home happy.
Jesus is where God’s people gather. He feels comfortable there. There is His joy, peace, gratitude, forgiveness, acceptance and friendliness disseminated. These meetings where He is the center, can be compared to no other meetings. No one has to turn out great. All serve one another. Joy, divine joy is spreading. And Jesus looks at our hearts. He leads us a bit further into the divine glory.
You can see on the faces of the brothers, that Jesus acts. Many are happy, grateful, and free. Others are still closed, look down perhaps because of their sin.There is still a lot of work for our Lord. But He will certainly provide and also these people are happy and free! Yes, Jesus is the Lord in these meetings, if one lets him. And the result is good! There arise new people.
I was a few years without community, so to speak, in the desert. Therefore, I know to appreciate the community with my brothers. They are all not very perfect, but the grace of God is reflected in all again! What do we want?
Here Jesus is present He rules here, He is here and blesses and changes people. We want to find such a community, in which He has the say in which He is wanted and where people want to listen to him. This is real boon for us.
How can a coal glow alone? They quickly cool. But more coals are no longer burning, but only glow, together, they need times with each other until they burn again. Yes, we want to burn again for Jesus, our Savior, we love!
Thank you, Jesus! You are very, very good to us! You take us in your care and fully bring your plans with us, for You have made us. You form us to, heal injuries, give forgiveness and surround us with your kindnesses. It is nice to be near you!
