There are so many beautiful flowers to be seen in the open country. In springtime their richly coloured blossoms are delighting our eyes. One flower seems to be more pretty than the other. And yet, what have we done for that.? Nothing!
Look at the birds in the air, they are chirping and do not worry at all about anything.
Even the small ants are doing their work willingly but without pressure and stress.
And we? Are haste, stress, pains and trouble not determining our live?
Our Lord wants us to live unburdened. No doubt, He certainly wants to see us working in creativity, however, certainly without pressure and fear. We should be free of any anxiety and insecurity. He is looking after us!
Our human nature however is feeling differently, is always forcing us to worry about everything and to seek for security systems only. Jesus likes to set us free from this pressure by showing us that God takes care about all needs of His creation about flowers, birds and human being as well. He loves to care for us!
Now it is up to me to decide: Will I continue to settle all matters by my own, or will I trust in God and work with confidence and joy in future? Am I prepared to entrust Him everything and totally rely on Him that He will bless my work and give me success. If I am exercising this attitude in obedience every day my mode of living will get easier more and more. He cares about me!
Thank you, Jesus, I may rely on you in every respect. In trust I do my work with joy knowing that You are near-by and helping me. How releasing it is that sorrows and pains are not ruling me anymore. You never has disappointed me. Thank you!
