My place at His heart – 2016.08.29

Jesus said:
How often I have longed to gather your children together, as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, and you were not willing.
Luke 12:34

A song for children begins like this: "Jesus loves me so much, Jesus loves me so much! He gave His life for me so much does Jesus love me."
Children need to know how much Jesus loves us! The youngest need to learn this instead of laws and how to fear God. The love of Christ makes us free and joyful, and changes us, our surroundings, our city, and even the whole world. Jesus loves me why should I be in a bad mood?
Jesus left heaven to come to this world and to live a life as human. He let God guide His steps and God supported Him. Than He went to the cross where He died for our sins. But God resurrected Him on the third day. Also, God accepted His sacrifice and forgave us our sins. Since than we can be forgiven and we get access to Gods throne room when we turn to Jesus. For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
Christ paid with His love for His eternal love for us – is there a greater prove for His love? Now we should live in recognition of His love and be free, joyful, and courageous. We have to put all obstacles aside: small faith, disbelieve, doubts, sin, stubbornness … and get filled by the Holy Spirit! And we should search for Him, our savior, helper, friend, and Redeemer. We should get under His wing like small chicks to be protected. In His arms we find acceptance, love, warmth, and shelter. There is a place for us and it’s at the heart of Jesus.
Dear soul, come back to your place in Jesus’ arms! Why do you want to stay in the dark? He waits longingly for His children!
Thank You Jesus, for You have given everything so I can have a place at Your heart. Yes, I’ll come to You! With You there is forgiveness, shelter, acceptance, joy … Oh I love to come!
