The father who loves me! – 2015.02.04

"If you, then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give good gifts to those who ask Him."
Matthew 7:11

How do we value God? Is He adding up our faults and blaming us for them? Is He keeping report of each negligence, each failure to punish us finally? Is He the unforgiving Saint? In this case I am afraid of Him.
God is indeed incorruptible and righteous. However, He likes to be the Savior, the Father, the merciful Lover at the same time. He sent to us Jesus to take away from us all our guilt so that He as the Righteous, the Judge, and Saint will not find nothing wrong with us. He is really the loving Father. He likes to be that very much.
My image of God determines what I expect to receive from Him. It influences my thoughts about Him. my hope for His help. Jesus came to show us the character of His father: He is gentle, patient, pure, kind, merciful, full of grace and at the same time just, holy, all-knowing, almighty. Deep in His heart He is merciful and full of love. Let us renew our image of God accordingly with the help of Jesus. God is keen to be our loving Father, looking after us, His children, constantly. Let us come to Him with all our problems in trust, thanking and praising Him. We will not fear God, will approach Him in trust instead like little kids. He will never disappoint His children. He never will let them alone, never will leave, not forsake them.
He is helping always and everywhere. Even if we have run into a dilemma ourselves, He will get us out of that. If we go sometimes our own ways He still holds His hands over us and will bring us back to His flock. He is loving us unlimited.
Thank you, Father in heaven, thatI have in you a Father, who loves and accepts me as I am. You have ceated me because you wanted me. You had said YES to me from the very beginning. I am your child highly estimated by You. I fully may trust You for You are totally loyal to me.
