every knee shall bow,
in heaven and on earth and under the earth,
and every tongue acknowledge
that Jesus Christ is Lord.

Jesus died on the cross 2000 years ago. As a little child He came on earth, as a human being, as a Light who showed us the way to the Father , prepared it, was Himself the way to Him. Our guilt and sin blocked the way. But Jesus took away all blame, paid the price with His life. Now we are saved, forgiven, free from guilt! Death as a result of sin is defeated by Him. We do not have to fear it anymore. We will live forever with the Father. All this happened 2000 years ago.
After the ascension Jesus sat down to the right hand of His Father who gave Him all authority and power over heaven and earth, over nations, cities and people, over each person including ourselves. He is the King who reigns. He is the Messiah who is coming soon. and whom we pay homage, praise and worship. He is the one before whom all knees will bow down. Glory to Him! He is our Lord and Savior.
When we know and believe that Jesus is our advocate to the right hand of His Father, is the coming Messiah, Kings of Kings, then our prayers and praise become strong and effective. Yes, He is Lord forever who reigns supremely, has all power to stand up for His children.
Again, He is the redeemer of all our trespasses and impurities. He releases from all greeds and addictions. from all egoism. He is the master and victor over the devil!
With passion we entrust our life to this mighty Lord. He alone can protect His children. He has all power and ability for that. He loves so much His children, the sheeps of His flock. He always watches over them, calls them by their names and leads them to green pastures.
Yes, let us live for Him, let us give all honour to Him today. Our total life be a pure praise to His name!
Thank You, Jesus! You paid the price, gave Your life for me. I only want to live for You, my Lord and King! You are the mighty King, Master of live and death. You sit at the right hand of God, the Father and fight for me. How wonderful You are! How great Your love!
