They will neither harm nor destroy
on all my holy mountain,

What a glorious promise from the book of Isaiah! These will or are paradisiacal conditions!
I remember a description of the revival in Wales more than a hundred years ago. The prisons were empty because there were no more criminals – they were all in church. There were also no more football matches, because the players were in church and the fields were used for meetings …. There were no more pubs, and drunks were not lying in the streets. The number of spousal altercations went down to zero, the children stayed with both parents ….. It’s really wonderful what faith can do! Not only for the individual, but also for the environment and the whole country! That is why we must never underestimate our prayers, because then our country will be blessed!
There have even been investigations as to whether earlier revivals still have effects today. And one discovered that e.g. the unemployment in former revival areas was much lower than in other areas. That gives us courage to intercede!
Where the glory of God reigns, where Jesus may be King of kings, where the Holy Spirit of God may act, there is the “holy mountain” of God from our verse above. There God is present. There is knowledge of God, recognition and seeing. There you can do no more evil. There grace is pure, like water in the sea. Wonderful times will come!

O LORD, how I long for You to reign without restriction! Come, fill our land! Soften the hard hearts! Wake up Your people so that revival may take place in us, around us and everywhere! Thank You for the sea of grace in which we may bathe. You are wonderful, a King of Graces, the Lord of Lords! O Jesus, come!
