Unless the Lord builds the house,
its builders labor in vain.

When we build our houses the blessings of the Lord are indispensable. Everything is depends on Him. He cans what we cannot. He can prevent from disaster and can offer us success.
He is the Creator of life. Not only houses are meant in which we dwell. Also our lives in general, our work are meant, perhaps our own company, or even our commitment for the Lord… There are many things which we can compare with a house building.
The foundation is the most important part of the house. If it is not solid, the whole house is not solid. When it rots the house falls asunder. It cannot withstand the forces of nature. It is over!
Jesus gives us a parable for that: Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had its foundation on the rock. But everyone who hears these words if mine and does not put them into practice is like a foolish man who built his house on sand. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell with a great crash (Matthew 7: 24-27).
Who believes that he can build his house of life with lies, intrigues, with frauds and deceptions have no hope will perish. Who wants to start a marriage, a family in this manner will fail. Who will run a business like that, will be without the blessings of the Lord. Even when you do a work for the Lord and still accept intrigues you will have no success.
Our foundations are strong, are withstanding all storms if they are firmly grounded in Jesus. There is no dishonesty, lie, intrigue. Our foundation should be holy to the Lord so that He can dwell in the house. His presence will not only preserve the house but will also fill it with joy, piece, and mercy. He will not forsake it but will pour out blessings in abundance on it. Please watch out the foundations before you begin to build a house.
Dear Jesus, everything what I start to do, I want do it together with You. It should be for Your glory. I myself will not look for my own glory and want not achieve my goal with intrigues. All my plans, my wishes, and my ways I put into Your Hands. You will do everything wonderfully in the right time. Thank You so much!
