For I am the Lord, your God,
who takes hold of your right hand,
and says to you:
Do not fear, I will help you.
Isaiah 41:13

We always have difficulties, some large and certainly many small ones. After one problem has been solved the next one will come. This might be rather tiring and discouraging for some people. But so it should not be with us! For God is our Lord who guides us. He has a plan for us which should be performed with success. God does not intend to punish us with these problems, or expects that we handle them alone. No, He wants to strengthen our faith to believe in His promise: I will help you!
He calls to us: Do not fear! – for He is there! Yes, before what should I fear?
Even if the problem is extremely large I can count on Him. Lord help as You promised it! And He will help! At the end you can read in verse 16: But you will rejoice in the Lord and glory in the Holy One of Israel. When we are together with Him, the victory belongs to us together!
Sometimes my kids are in trouble and cannot solve them. But when their daddy comes, takes them at their hands and says: Look, we handle it together, do not worry, I help you, then they are lifted up again and carry on with their work avidly. Together with dad they will succeed.
Therefore we seek His face each morning to be close to Him. Not alone and in our own strength we will go through the day. We want to cope with the challenges of the day with Him at His Hand. We want to fulfill our life’s work only with Him. He encourages us.

Thank You, Jesus, You are really there! I need not to overtax me, can handle all matters with You. You are my Helper, my Friend and Saviour!
