There are more and more voices who say Christ is coming back soon! And if we open our eyes, we see that there is increasing evidence for His imminent return.
What will he see His people busy with? Will He see His people busy? He looks for the faithful of the country – to the children of God that He keep faith. How many children of God live exactly like all other children of the world! They strive for wealth, career and success. Find luxury and convenience, pleasure and fun.
We can enjoy all heavenly things here on earth. Good music, the world of colors, travel and walks were created by God, so that we can enjoy them. But our senses should always be directed to the heavenly! We will not get caught by the lying spirit from the worries spirit, the spirit of bitterness that can not forgive the judgmental spirit and all other things that promote and fatten our big fat ego. We want to attach our eyes on Jesus, our Savior. We want to do everything with Him, our work and leisure. When He comes, He will find us faithful.
Paul writes to the chapter: therefore kill what is earthly in you: Fornication, the shamelessness, the passion, evil desires and greed, which is idolatry. … Earlier you have also been caught in it and have your life be dominated them. … Now, you have put on the new man who is renewed in the image of his Creator, to know Him. … You are loved by God are His chosen ones, holy. Therfore clothed with heartfelt mercy, with kindness, humility, gentleness and patience!
Yes, Jesus, I want to be yours. I will not get caught again by the desires and lusts of this world. I want to be faithful to you, for you are the fulfillment of my life. With you I find joy, peace, acceptance, forgiveness, salvation and good siblings. Thank you!!!
