Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.

It is quite difficult to leave everything to the Lord. I always start to worry – I worry about parking, keeping my appointments, or about something I have lost. I get upset and start to look for solutions. One can stress out like that all day. As an independent human being it is hard to entrust everything to someone else. At least, we want to keep some control. But God makes an offer:" I will care for you! Don’t let your sorrow rule you but let me! You should live an easy and happy life. You should go in high spirits trough the day and praise my name! Worship should be on your lips, not lamentation and wailing! Peace should be with you, not stress and hectic. Truly, leave all your sorrow to me because i will care happily and good for you!"
We can practice with small stuff, for example parking or lost belongings. We will notice God wants to help. When He takes care for the small stuff, we can entrust him with bigger problems. If we trust him, He will to train our faith. Sometimes He will test our faith – He will act like He did not notice our problems and see if we lose our faith or keep on trusting Him to do everything right. Keeping our faith that is our challenge. But we can train to trust Him and to some form of prayer or some principles of faith. He is a person, that we can trust. He is not some concept, neither some strict instruction nor a dead law. He is the good shepherd who cares for his sheep.
Thank You Jesus, You command us to trust in you! Today, I want to do this. All details I will entrust you and i will stop worrying. You are the one who loves me, cares for me, and put His strong arm around me. Only with you, I am safe.
