Aren’t two sparrows sold for a small coin? But not one of them will fall to the ground without your Father knowing about it already. Even the hairs of your head are all counted. Don’t be afraid. You are worth more than many sparrows.

Jesus knows us exactly! He is the only one who knows all about us, there is no secret to Him. But He does not use His knowledge to judge or condemn us. He looks at us with eyes of love and explores us to improve everything and bring it to shine. With such a powerful protector, we only need to fear one: Him. When we lose Him, we lose everything.
He has created the little sparrows and they are wonderful when they flutter around in the yard, chirping and pecking grains. He did it because HE considers them good, yes, He loves them. And He watches over them. How much is worth a human being! How much more are you worth! You are so precious to Him that He did everything for you.
Actually He does not really mind about our material things. He smiles about how hard many people work for a few new things. He has everything in abundance and gives it to you! But He has a different wealth that He wants to give you more likely: Real life. Paul was His man, full of this wealth and life of God. Because Paul lived so close to God’s heart, he could be tired or hungry rich or poor, it was not important to him. What mattered to him was the presence of God and the wealth that only our father can offer us: Real life, fulfillment, peace, joy, which no one can destroy, love, acceptance, courage.
We want to fear nothing anymore, because our God takes good care of us! Let us just be afraid that we will lose Him out of our lives. He is worth so much to us and we are incredibly precious to Him!
Thank you, Jesus, You give me courage for today! That day is under Your blessing and protection. You are with me; of whom shall I fear? You will help me today. You raise me up when I am discouraged. You give me new ideas and thoughts. You are everything to me!
