Life in Blessing – 2016.10.17

Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.
I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.”
Psalm 91:1-2

It’s great to rest sheltered by the Most High because Jesus made us just. Than all His attention is focused on us as if there is nothing else He had to do. How great to be sheltered by His lovingly hand that is wrapped around us! We can experience that every morning and every evening when we enjoy our rightful place at the heart of the lord while others sit in front of the TV. But we can to that anytime, not just at times of rest!
In the morning we can courageously start the day because He is our shelter and bunker, and the God that we trust. He gives us the courage to go and start our work. He gives us joy wile we are working, He blesses everyone of our steps, and He gives us inspiration, fresh energy, and comfort. We are recognized by our joy, everywhere. His slogan for our life is ‘Love’!
He is with us so we can take on new tasks bravely. When we spoke about it with Him first, He and I will do the work together. Be brave! Try out new paths, new tasks, new work, or a new way of living! But only when He wants you to. Together we can jump fences. We are flying with Him!
Paul was closely connected with Jesus so many problematic circumstances couldn’t do anything to him. He focused on the goal he got from Jesus and nothing could lead him astray.
To bless is what God wants! Do we expect some from Him? To we take some time to go to our heavenly father and have community? We shouldn’t be discouraged by a bad conscience, Jesus will forgive us and make us clean again. We want to trust and believe that He loves us.
Yes Jesus, I want to be courageous and continue forward! You are with me and your strong hand protects me. You bless my paths, my rest, and my work. With You I can start something new. How great to be sheltered under Your wing!
