Live as children of light.
Ephesians 5:8
For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. For the fruit of the light consists in all goodness, righteousness and truth. And find out what pleases the Lord. Have nothing to do with the fruitless deeds of darkness. Wake up, sleeper, rise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you.
The moon shines because it is lit by the sun. We are light because we are lit by Jesus. We are supposed to life this way! The light is supposed to reveal and illuminate all darkness within us, so it doesn’t stay dark. The light will drive out all our dark thoughts. This is why it’s the Lords will that we will be filled by His spirit. If we are songs of worship will sound during our congregations, as well as in our hearts. We will proclaim psalms, Gods victory songs, and we will be mindful of the things Gods Spirit inspires us to. He will help us praising God and becoming light. Praise the Lord with singing! And be thankful to Him in the name Jesus Christ all the time!
But among you there must not be even a hint of sexual immorality, or of any kind of impurity, or of greed, because these are improper for God’s holy people. Nor should there be obscenity, foolish talk or coarse joking, which are out of place, but rather thanksgiving. For of this you can be sure: No immoral, impure or greedy person — such a person is an idolater — has any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God.
Live as children of light! The light won against the darkness. We should be children of the light so our feelings, thoughts, words and deeds will be light as well. This is how He can heal our broken heart. And this is how He can sanctify our impure heart. His light is our salvation!

Thank You Jesus, for Your light that shines from me, since You live within me! Reveal everything that is still dark and impure, and remove it. Fill that space with Your Holy Spirit! Thank You, for Your wonderful ways with me!
